Delivery Information

At Moores Appliances, we use our own vehicles to deliver goods throughout most of Sussex.

We deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday and someone must be at the delivery address to accept, sign for, and inspect the goods when we arrive. Our standard delivery service is to ground floor properties and blocks of flats with a lift (providing the appliance will fit). Our ground floor deliveries can include a maximum of 4 steps. Please call us if this affects your order as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge.

Delivery Timeslots

You will be notified of your estimated delivery timeslot by SMS between 3pm and 5pm the day before delivery. Please ensure that you are available all day on the date we agree.

SOME MANUFACTURERS HAVE CLOSED FACTORIES OR REDUCED PRODUCTION TO ALLOW STAFF TO WORK IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND THIS IS MAKING LEAD TIMES ON SOME ITEMS MUCH LONGER THAN NORMAL.
